Taylor Wimpey North Thames has recently launched a new development in North Finchley, The Tramworks, which brings 149 new-build homes to the community. The new development will feature a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes.

Community contributions
Taylor Wimpey is committed to investing in and supporting the communities in which it builds. As part of its S106 contributions, it will be donating over £2 million in donations to the North Finchley community.
During its time in North Finchley, Taylor Wimpey North Thames will continue to give back to the community by supporting local causes and projects.
