It is with huge sadness and regret Finchley Girls Rugby have to announce the passing of one of our original U14 girls, Esme.

Esme was a huge part of our newly established girls’ section, always there for her teammates, always giving it everything. Even when she was ill, fighting her battle, she had come to training, do what she could and encourage her teammates.

Esme's parents wish to help others fight against CIC-DUX4 sarcoma, so no child or young person has to go through what Esme experienced. If you can, please consider making a donation.
